Helpware is founded by Help MVP, Rob Chandler and is based in Melbourne Australia.

Established in 1995 Helpware is a small specialized group of Application, Documentation
and UI Design specialists working with Microsoft and Apple technologies.

Rob held the Microsoft Help MVP award for 15 years (1999 to 2014).
Microsoft have since terminated the Help MVP program and closed all dedicated MS Melp support groups but the Help MVPs are still out there doing what they do best which is supporting those using the MS Help & documentation technologies.

Ethics

Helpware is an ethical company. Our installs are clean with no viruses or adware included. Software may contact the server to check for updates only. Our product code base contains only legal software.
